Reflexology (Light to deep touch)
Reflexology is both a therapy and a healing art that uses pressure points on the hands, feet, face and ears. The act of applying pressure results in stress reduction by causing a physiological change in the body. The treatment reduces pain, stress, illness and injury and provides a delightful feeling of relaxation. Enjoy a warming foot bath with organic bath salts whilst Melita focuses on hand and ear reflexology points to relax and ground you. Melita will then use classic Chinese reflexology techniques to the feet using pressure at your own comfort level.
