Melita uses the practitioner only Shake It Professional Weight Management Program which utilises a low carbohydrate, moderate protein approach to food intake, which promotes steady and consistent weight loss.
This program focuses on healthy weight management and long-term health through diet, exercise and some supplementation to treat any underlying health issues, plus lifestyle advice. She will assist you with developing and maintaining the correct mindset throughout the program and beyond. Melita will monitor and guide you through the program and provide healthy food tips and impart her knowledge ( as a qualified wholefoods chef), in preparing some tasty healthy dishes. You wont feel like you’re on a diet on the program. Included in the program are regular VLA/BLA Body Scans to determine your Body Composition and to verify fat loss, hydration levels and muscle gain, plus other important health indicators.
You will be weighed and measured, blood pressure, glucose levels and total cholesterol regularly monitored. Melita may also send you for pathology testing if indicated.
